Derived from the Spanish word farol, which means "lantern" or "light," we light up this holiday season in our traditional Filipino parol with our Bituin ng Saya Parol. Each star is a radiant celebration of joy intricately handcrafted from the exquisite Sinamay fabric handwoven by the skilled artisans of Hablon ni Lauriana in Argao, Cebu. This beautiful piece, available in four sizes, allows you to choose between lighting up your space with a warm glow or leaving it unlit for a classic touch.
The Bituin ng Saya captures the essence of the season, representing the Filipino Christmas tradition with its vibrant patterns and the graceful charm of Sinamay fabric. The elegant design is enhanced by the artisanal imperfections that lend character and uniqueness to each piece, reminding us that beauty can arise from the imperfect.
